This February, we are marking St Valentine’s with a small number of special dishes, available in very limited quantities alongside our seasonal Daily Menu and February five-course tasting menu.

An 800g côte de bœuf on the bone, simply cooked and served with string chips, green peppercorn sauce and a crisp green salad
