Booking / Cancellation Policy for Christmas Party Lunch or Dinner:

Minimum 8 guests.

Menu may be subject to slight changes.

Menu choice needs to be booked 3 weeks in advance.

Any drinks (hot, alcoholic or soft beverages) are not part of this package and available at a separate cost.

10% service charge will be added to your final bill.

If someone from your party has special dietary requirements, please let us know and we’ll adapt the menu for them.

We kindly accept no individual payments, maximum 3 payment cards per table.

Please note that a £1.00 deductible from the final bill but not refundable deposit will be required when booking to secure your date, time and table. To process your booking, we will need your credit / debit card details.

A cancellation fee of £28.00 per person will be made to your credit / debit card, in the event of less than 3 weeks’ notice given of any cancellation, reduction of number of guests or amendments.

A cancellation fee of £32.00 per person will be made to your credit / debit card, in the event of less than 72 hours’ notice given of any cancellation, reduction of number of guests or amendments.

However, if we are able to resell your table to a group of the same size we will be happy to waive the charge.
