We’re thrilled by the incredible response to our previous Tasting Menus (November – April)! We’re delighted to unveil our May Tasting Menu, a delightful fusion of seasonal flavours and locally sourced ingredients.

Available for lunch and dinner every Thursday to Saturday. Our tasting menu is designed for the whole table. Please be aware that due to the kitchen team size (ONE chef!), we are unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions for this menu.

Our Monthly Changing Seasonal Tasting Menu

In November 2023, we introduced our five-course tasting menu, aiming to showcase more dishes at exceptional value.

From the start, we committed to making at least one course different from our regular seasonal menu. But as the months passed and the response grew, this simple idea evolved into something much bigger.

Now, we change the tasting menu every month. Sometimes it’s entirely unique; other times, one, two, or three courses differ from our daily menu. Each menu is carefully crafted to reflect the best of the season, and you can always find the latest version on our website.

To complement the experience, we offer a selection of wines by the glass, allowing you to choose as many—or as few—as you like. And because we are in Scotland, starting in October 2024, we introduced a whisky flight. It’s been a fantastic addition for those who prefer a dram over a glass of wine, and it’s become a favourite among our guests.

We hope you enjoy this ever-changing journey of flavours as much as we love creating it for you.

Please allow time for preparation as all our meals are cooked to order. Dishes may take at least 30 minutes to prepare.
