Tasting Menus
We couldn’t have imagined the overwhelming popularity of our Tasting Menus when we first introduced them in November!
OUR MONTHLY FIVE-COURSE TASTING MENU
In November 2023, we introduced our five-course tasting menu, aiming to showcase more dishes at exceptional value. From the start, we committed to making at least one course different from our regular seasonal menu. But as the months passed and the response grew, this simple idea evolved into something much bigger.
Now, we change the tasting menu every month. Sometimes it’s entirely unique; other times, one, two, or three courses differ from our daily menu. Each menu is carefully crafted to reflect the best of the season, and you can always find the latest version on our website.
To complement the experience, we offer a selection of wines by the glass, allowing you to choose as many—or as few—as you like. And because we are in Scotland, in October 2024, we introduced a whisky flight. It’s been a fantastic addition for those who prefer a dram over a glass of wine, and it’s become a favourite among our guests.

From Thursday to Saturday lunch or dinner. We recommend booking in advance as reservations are essential for this experience. Please note that the whole table is required to order from this menu and that you are unable to switch menus or dishes on the day you dine. Advanced booking is required (minimum 24 hours before).
